Hey guys, here’s just a quick post covering some excellent food sources to boost your health to get things rolling.
We often tend to overlook what we put into our bellies. There’s just more important things to worry about, like educating our kids, keeping the wife happy and going to work everyday in order to keep the wife happy, pay for our kids education and put food in our bellies. We need to realize though that if we aren’t mindful of what we eat and don’t make an attempt to start eating healthier then it’s going to negatively affect our health which in turn will affect our ability to handle the more important things in life. Try and add at least some of the following 7 foods into your daily diet and you will hopefully start seeing a positive improvement in your health and energy levels.
- Lean Meat
Lean meats are an excellent source of protein and the amino acid, leucine. These are extremely important when it comes to building muscle, and who doesn’t want to build some muscle, right? Lean meat is also rich in Iron, which is crucial for transporting oxygen in the blood. If you’re wondering why I’ve mentioned lean meat specifically instead of meat in general, it’s because lean meat has less saturated fats than the other cuts. Saturated fats are one of the main culprits responsible for raising your cholesterol levels.
